Professional Accomplishments
Randolph H. Wolf attended the University of Rochester where he graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Computer Science. He completed a political internship with the Hon. Donald P. Anderson, M.P. in the House of Commons of the British Parliament and assisted Mr. Anderson in his practice as a Barrister (an English trial lawyer) representing criminal defendants in such Courts as the “Old Bailey.” Mr. Wolf returned to the United States and attended Rutgers School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 1983. While in law school, he interned with the Office of the Public Defender appearing in the Superior Court of New Jersey representing both adults and juveniles.

Upon graduation, Mr. Wolf was accepted by the Hon. George P. Helfrich, J.S.C., Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, for a one year Judicial Clerkship. Judge Helfrich was assigned to the Civil Division where he presided over Civil Trials including personal injury actions arising out of automobile accidents and slip and fall injuries. In addition, Judge Helfrich heard appeals from the Municipal Courts including those from DWI and Driving While Revoked convictions.​
In 1984, after completion of his clerkship, Mr. Wolf entered into private practice as an attorney with the law firm of Cassidy, Despo, Foss and San Filippo in Red Bank, New Jersey. His practice consisted exclusively of trial work in the Superior Court and Municipal Courts. Mr. Wolf rose to national prominence in 1986 as one of the lead trial lawyers in the Matter of Baby M, representing a surrogate mother who fought to retain her child despite having entered into a Surrogate Mother Contract. This Surrogate Contract was later found to be unenforceable by the New Jersey Supreme Court in a landmark decision.

In 1987, Mr. Wolf founded his own firm in Red Bank, New Jersey, primarily concentrating in civil trial work and criminal matters in the Superior Court and criminal and motor vehicle offenses in Municipal Courts. He has handled several thousand personal injury actions, trying many of them to a conclusion in front of a jury, and thousands of criminal and motor vehicle cases representing defendants in Superior and Municipal Courts. In 2020, Mr. Wolf was proud to announce that his former Associate, Amanda F. Wolf, joined him as a partner in Wolf Law PC.

Professional Accomplishments
Amanda F. Wolf attended the University of Vermont where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science in 2011. While studying abroad in London she was an intern with GE Capital Solutions Europe Limited in their Legal Department. She was responsible for maintaining corporate records to comply with governmental regulations across Europe for over 100 GE Entities. Ms. Wolf graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 2014, and was subsequently admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2014 and New York Bar in 2015.

Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Wolf served a judicial internship with the Honorable Thomas F. Scully, P.J.S.C., the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in Monmouth County in summer 2012. Ms. Wolf also was a summer associate at the law firm of Ebanks & Sattler, LLP and EBSA Sports in New York City during the summer of 2013 where she handled personal injury matters as well as supporting the Director of Player Operations with player management and endorsement agreements. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Wolf served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Scully, J.S.C., in the Civil Division at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County Vicinage.
In 2015, Ms. Wolf joined the Law Firm of Randolph H. Wolf as an Associate Attorney. In 2020, along with Randolph H. Wolf, she became a Partner in Wolf Law PC. She concentrates her practice in DWI and Motor Vehicle Law in the Municipal Courts, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation in the Superior Court, and representing injured workers in Workers Compensation Court.

Ms. Wolf has earned a well respected reputation for her knowledge of DWI Law and has given several presentations to the Bar Association on the latest developments in DWI defense as a member of the Municipal Court Committee. She also serves as a Trustee for the Monmouth Bar Association, which she has been a member of since 2011.

Sabatini v. Berkowitz
139 N.J. 289 (1994)
Randolph Wolf secured one of the few punitive damage jury verdicts ever awarded in a New Jersey medical malpractice case—$250,000 compensatory and $500,000 punitive. After the Appellate Division reversed on appeal, Mr. Wolf argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the defendant settled following oral argument.

Randolph Wolf was one of the primary trial attorneys and a co-author of the Brief before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the nationally known landmark case which invalidated paid surrogate mother contracts.
