1/17: Bergen County. All records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on July 8, 2002, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3a(1), criminal mischief. The Petitioner appeared in the Bergen County Superior Court/Juvenile Division in front of the Intake Service Conference on September 9, 2002, where Petitioner signed an Intake Service Conference Agreement which he successfully completed and it was dismissed on November 19, 2002.

The Petitioner was arrested on August 31, 2006, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, CDS near school property, and N.J.S.A. 2C:29-3b(1), hindering. The Petitioner appeared in the Bergen County Superior Court/Juvenile Division where the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7 and N.J.S.A. 2C:29-3b(1)were dismissed by request of Prosecutor.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 6, 2007, incident date of July 24, 2007, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4B, harassment. The Petitioner appeared in the Dumont Borough Municipal Court on May 15, 2008 where the matter in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4B was dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested in 2007, for violations of Borough Ordinance 824. The Petitioner appeared in the Dumont Borough Municipal Court on September 26, 2007 where the Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of Borough Ordinance 824.

The Petitioner was arrested on February 24, 2008, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(7), aggravated assault. The Petitioner appeared in the Bergen County Superior Court on June 12, 2009 where the Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge of N.J.S.A 2C:12-1A(1), Simple Assault, and was sentenced to 1 year probation, mandatory substance abuse testing, and made to pay restitution.


2/17: Monmouth County. Drug Court all records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 5, 2006, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10C, Possession CDS/ Analog, Fails to give CDS to Police. The Petitioner appeared in the Old Bridge Municipal Court on July 19, 2006, where Petitioner was entered into Diversionary Program for 1 year term and fined and after successful completion the matter was dismissed on June 29, 2010.

The Petitioner was arrested on January 19, 2007, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3H, Prohibited Weapons/ Devices. The Petitioner appeared in the Howell Municipal Court on March 8, 2007 where the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-3H were dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on September 21, 2007, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1, Robbery. The Petitioner appeared in the Ocean County Superior Court on January 17, 2008, where Petitioner plead guilty to charge in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3, Theft, and was sentenced to three year term of Probation with the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:15-1A(1) being dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 9, 2008, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2A(1), disorderly conduct. The Petitioner appeared in the Howell Municipal Court on October 9, 2008 where Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of Borough Ordinance 3-29.3 and fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on December 1, 2009, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-2B (2)(A), Grading of theft offenses $75,000.00 or more. The Petitioner appeared in the Monmouth County Superior Court on April 30, 2010 where the Petitioner plead guilty to being in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C: 20-3A, theft by unlawful taking, and was sentenced to 3 year term of Probation; on March 11, 2011 probation term was extended by 2 years with Petitioner being re-sentenced to enter the Monmouth County Drug Court Program Accordingly pursuant to N.J.S.A 2C:35-14(m) which Petitioner successfully completed on August 18, 2012.


3/17: Passaic County. All records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 29, 2003, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(2),Aggravated Assault, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4D, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purposes . The Petitioner appeared in the Passaic County Superior Court on September 25, 2003 where Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of 2C:12-1B(7),Aggravated Assault-Attempt/ Cause Significant Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to 2 year probation, Probation transferred to Monmouth County, and fined

4/17: Monmouth County. Early Expungement all eligible records expunged. The Petitioner was arrested on January 7, 1994, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(12), possession CDS, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(12), distribution CDS, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10, possession of marijuana under 50 grams. The Petitioner appeared in the Monmouth County Superior Court on September 2, 1994, where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of Count 2, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5b(12), and given two year term of Probation with all other charges being dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on September 1, 2000, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A, Simple Assault-Purposely/ Knowingly Cause Bodily Injury, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A(3), Simple Assault-Threat of SBI by Physical Menace . The Petitioner appeared in the Keansburg Borough Municipal Court on November 8, 2000, where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A and fined with the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A(3)being dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 19, 2000, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A, Simple Assault-Purposely/ Knowingly Cause Bodily Injury. The Petitioner appeared in the Keansburg Borough Municipal Court on June 13, 2001 where the charge in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A was dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on January 11, 2001, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-10A(4), possession of marijuana/hash under 50 grams. The Petitioner appeared in the Joint Municipal Court of Hazlet & Matawan on March 30, 2001 where Petitioner was given conditional discharge and a fine was paid.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 6, 2003, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4A, making communications in annoying/alarming manner, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3A(1), criminal mischief with damage. The Petitioner appeared in the Joint Municipal Court of Hazlet & Matawan on January 9, 2004, where the charge in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3A(1) was dismissed and Petitioner was found guilty of an amended charge, Ordinance 959-94, and fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 11, 2003, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4A, making communications in annoying/alarming manner. The Petitioner appeared in the Joint Municipal Court of Hazlet & Matawan on January 9, 2004, where Petitioner was found guilty of an amended offense of 959-94, disorderly conduct, and a fine was paid. Not eligible for expungement because of the Indictable offense on the criminal record.

Prosecutor’s office objected to the granting of this expungement because the Petitioners January 7, 1994 arrest resulted in a conviction of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the New Jersey expungement law distribution of a CDS is statutorily barred from expungement. Last year the law changed slightly that petitioners may apply for special expungement/ early pathways to expunge this conviction. The petitioner was convicted of a fourth degree distribution charge over 21 years ago and has remained offense free for over 13 years. The petitioner was having issues applying for a state electrical license because of the convictions. This conviction has been barring the petitioner from progressing from a career standpoint.


4/17: Passaic County. Early Expungement all records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on February 19, 2004, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3A, theft of movable property. The Petitioner appeared in the Paterson City Municipal Court on June 23, 2004, where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of Local Ordinance 195-1, disorderly conduct, and fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on August 16, 2004, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B, aggravated assault, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4D, possession weapon unlawful purpose, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5D, possess weapon. The Petitioner appeared in the Passaic County Superior Court on October 19, 2007, where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B, aggravated assault, and given a three year term of probation with successful completion of August 3, 2009 ; with the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4D and N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5D being dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on December 14, 2004, for violations of N.J.S.A 2C:39-4, possession weapon unlawful purpose and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5, unlawful possession of a weapon . Petitioner appeared in the Passaic County Superior Court on August 29, 2005, where the charges in violation of N.J.S.A 2C:58-3A, permit to purchase handgun, were dismissed with the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4, possession weapon unlawful purpose and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5, unlawful possession of a weapon were no billed on June 30, 2005 in the Municipal Court of Paterson

The Prosecutor’s office objected to the granting of this expungement because the Petitioners August 16, 2004 arrest did not meet the 10 year waiting period for Indictable offenses. The petitioner did not finish probation until 2009 so therefore is not eligible until 2019. The firm submitted a legal brief and character reference letters as is required and the judge granted the early expungement. The office was able to show that petitioner has finished high school and successfully started their own business since the conviction. We were able to demonstrate how the conviction was effecting business and their ability to provide financially for family.


5/17: Atlantic County. Early Expungement all records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on June 19, 1993, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3A, terroristic threats. The Petitioner appeared in the Absecon Municipal Court on June 30, 1993 where the charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3A were dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on December 25, 1996, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:29-2B, resisting arrest/eluding an officer. The Petitioner appeared in the Superior Court of Atlantic County on August 22, 1997 where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:29-2B, resisting arrest/eluding an officer and given a jail term with a two year term of probation which was successfully completed on September 23, 1999 and fined

The Petitioner was arrested on April 9, 2011, for violations of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(5), aggravated assault and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2A(1), disorderly conduct. The Petitioner appeared in the Atlantic City Municipal Court on July 12, 2011 where Petitioner was found guilty of being in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2A(1), disorderly conduct, under and paid a fine; with the charge in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(5), aggravated assault, under being dismissed.

The Atlantic County prosecutor objected to the expungement on the grounds the petitioner’s 1996 arrest was not eligible for expungement until 2022 because the ten year waiting period for Indictable offenses did not start counting until after the petitioners most recent offense in 2011.The firm submitted a legal brief and character reference letters as is required and the judge granted the early expungement. The firm was able to show how the petitioner has changed since their conviction and how it was affecting the petitioners family life.


6/2017:  Hudson County. Special Expungement. All records expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 8, 1995, for violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35- 5A(1), Manufacturing, Distributing or Dispensing Heroin, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5B, CDS- Manufacturing, Distributing or Dispensing, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7, CDS on School Property, in violation of 2C:36-2, Use or possession with intent to use, and in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:35-10A(1), Possession CDS/Analog. The Petitioner appeared in the Hudson County Superior Court January19, 1996, where the Petitioner pled guilty to charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5A(1),5B(3), Possession of CDS W/I, and was sentenced to 3 years of probation and fined with all other charges being dismissed.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s office objected to this expungement on the grounds that the conviction was for the sale or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance of possession with intent to sell or distribute. In New Jersey possession with intent is considered to be a special expungement. The firm submitted a legal brief and character reference letters as is required and the Judge granted the special expungement. The firm was able to show how the petitioner has changed since his conviction.  The law firm also explained how the petitioner was laid off from his job until he could get a security clearance that was needed to work at the company.


6/2017: Sussex County. All records Expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on February 2, 2014 for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3A, Theft by Unlawful taking. The Petitioner appeared in the Vernon Township Municipal Court on March 24, 2015 where the petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of borough ordinance 374-3, Commercial Nuisance, and was fined.


7/2017: Mercer County. Juvenile Expungement. All records Expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 13, 2016, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11, Shoplifting.  The Petitioner appeared in the Mercer County Superior Court-Family Division on May 19, 2016 where the charges were dismissed after being diverted to an intake conference.


7/2017: Middlesex County. All records Expunged.

The petitioner was arrested on June 7, 1980, for charges in violation of N.J 24:21:-20A(4), Possession of Marijuana.  The Petitioner appeared in the Howell Municipal Court on June 26, 1980 where the petitioner was found guilty and fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 18, 1980, for charges in violation of N.J 24:21:-20A(4), Possession of Marijuana. The Petitioner appeared in South River Municipal Court on October 21, 1980 where the petitioner pled guilty and was accepted into a diversionary program with 6 months of probation.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 18, 1980, for charges in violation of  August 11, 1983, for charges in violation of NJ 24:21-20B, Marijuana, and in violation of N.J 24:21:-20A(4), Possession of Marijuana. The petitioner appeared in the Old Bridge Municipal court on August 30, 1983 where the petitioner pled guilty to all charges and was fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on June 24, 1984, for charges in violation of N.J 24:21:-20A(1), Possession of Amphetamines, and in violation of N.J 24:21:-20A(4), Possession of Marijuana. The Petitioner appeared in the Middlesex County Superior Court on January 2, 1985 where the Petitioner pled guilty to charge in violation of   N.J 24:21:-20A(1) and was sentenced to 3 years probation.

08/2017: Monmouth County. Special Expungement. All records expunged. The Petitioner was arrested on October 11, 1985, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 24:21- 19A(1), Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, in violation of N.J.S.A. 24:21-20A(4), Possession of Marijuana. The Petitioner appeared in the Monmouth County Superior Court on May 16, 1986 where the Petitioner pled guilty to charge in violation of  N.J.S.A. 24:21- 19A(1) and was sentenced to two years of probation.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office objected to this expungement on the grounds that the conviction for the sale or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance of possession with intent to sell or distribute. In New Jersey possession with intent is considered to be a special expungement. The firm submitted a legal brief and character reference letters as is required and the Judge granted the special expungement. The firm was able to show how the petitioner has changed since his conviction. Specifically,  how the petitioner could not use his teaching degree with his criminal record. He could only work for a family bus business but because of the criminal charge he could not even get a commercial driver’s licence.


8/2017:  Union County. Drug Court. All Records Expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on March 31, 2007, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3A(1),Criminal Mischief- damaged property, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2A(1), Burglary, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:3A, Theft by unlawful taking. The Petitioner appeared in the Union County Superior Court on October 27, 2008 where the Petitioner pled guilty to charge in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2A(1)and was accepted into the drug court program. The Petitioner graduated from Drug Court on October 28, 2013.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 5, 2007, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3, Criminal Mischief,  in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2A(1), Burglary, and N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3A, theft by unlawful taking. The Petitioner appeared in the Union County Superior Court on November 30, 2008 where the Petitioner pled guilty charge in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:18-2A(1),where the charges ran concurrent with previous conviction.

The Petitioner was arrested on April 16, 2008, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2.1, Loitering for a purpose. The Petitioner appeared in the Orange Municipal Court on July 7, 2008 where the Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of Borough Ordinance and was fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on July 4, 2008, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:18-3, Criminal Trespassing, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:36-2, Use/Poss/With Intent to use drugs. The Petitioner appeared in the Orange Municipal Court on August 14, 2008 where the Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of borough ordinance and was fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 29, 2010, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1A, Simple Assault. The Petitioner appeared in the New Brunswick Municipal Court on August 31, 2011 where all charges were dismissed.

The Petitioner was arrested on February 10, 1996, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-1, Criminal attempt, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(1), Aggravated Assault-Attempt Cause Bodily Injury. The  Petitioner appeared in the Bergen County Superior Court- Family Division on October 15, 1996 where the Petitioner pled guilty to charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(1) and was sentenced to 3 years of probation.

The Petitioner was arrested on October 9, 1999, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:35-10A(1), Possession of CDS. The Petitioner appeared in the Passaic County Superior Court-Family Division on March 30, 2000 where the Petitioner was granted a 6 month deferred disposition.

The Petitioner was arrested on June 3, 200, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-15A, Possession/Consumption of Alcohol underage. The Petitioner appeared in the Warren County Superior Court-Family Division on January 30, 2000 where the Petitioner was granted a 6 month deferred disposition.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 13, 2001, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:17-3A(1), Criminal Mischief. The Petitioner appeared in the West Caldwell Municipal Court on January 23, 2001 where the Petitioner pled guilty to an amended charge in violation of Borough Ordinance, 6-12.10, Malicious Mischief and was fined.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 1, 1992, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B, Aggravated Assault. The Petitioner appeared in the East Rutherford Municipal Court on January 26, 1993 after the cases was remanded from the Superior Court and all charges were dismissed.


11/2017: Camden County. All record expunged.

The Petitioner was arrested on November 2, 1976, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1B(4), aggravated assault with a firearm, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5A, Unlawful Possession of a weapon. The Petitioner appeared in the Camden County Superior Court-Family Division on August 11, 1992 where the Petitioner pled guilty to charges in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:28-4B, False Reports to Law Enforcement, and was sentenced to 18 months of Probation.

The Petitioner was arrested on March 10, 1993, for charges in violation of N.J.S.A.2C:20-3,theft by unlawful taking, and in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2, Burglary.
